Andrew Huffman, BC-HIS

Andrew has been a member of the Indiana Hearing Alliance since 2021, and the International Hearing Society since 2023. He is board certified by the National Board of Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences. Drew has been serving the hard-of-hearing public since 2010. He enjoys working with other professionals to strive for personal and clinical excellence.

Rod Noftsger, HIS

Rod Noftsger is the President of Allen Reese Hearing Aid Center and has been helping people hear better since becoming a licensed hearing instrument specialist in 2001. The center has proudly served the community for nearly 50 years. In addition to his clinical work, Rod serves as vice president of the Indiana Hearing Alliance, working with fellow professionals to support excellence in hearing health-care across the state. Outside the office, Rod is an accomplished trumpet player and jazz musician who enjoys performing with area ensembles, bringing the same dedication and love of sound to music that he brings to helping people hear their best.

Mary Gootee, HIS

Mary Gootee was born and raised in a rural town in Ontario, Canada. She has been a resident of Brownsburg, Indiana for more than 30years with her husband and 2 cats. She received her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Economics from the University of Arkansas in 1988, and she received her Hearing Instrument Specialist License in 2008. Throughout her career she has helped hundreds. Since 2020 she joined HearingLife.

Andrea Sluder is a dedicated Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist with over 12-years of experience in the hearing aid industry. Andrea channels her passion for helping people through her role as an Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. Her commitment to her community is evident as she actively contributes to the family business, showcasing a strong desire to give back.

For Andrea, the most rewarding aspect of her career lies in the profound impact she makes on people’s lives. Helping individuals with hearing impairments and contributing to their improved quality of life is what drives her dedication to audiology.

On a personal note, Andrea celebrates a successful marriage of over 20 years and takes pride in being a loving parent to four amazing children. Her professional expertise, combined with her compassionate approach, reflects the essence of a seasoned Audiology Tech who is not only committed to her work but also deeply rooted in her community.

Steve Douglas, HIS

Senior Hearing Instrument Specialist

Steven S Douglas, HIS, President/Indiana Hearing Alliance, President/CEO/Hearing Aids Plus+, Member/International Hearing Society, was diagnosed with hearing loss in 1990 at the young age of 30 and was fit with his first set of hearing aids. Because of his new-found life of sound, Steve became an advocate for the hearing industry and a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.  He is an outdoorsman, a musician, a father, and a husband.

Danny Enright
Danny is the owner of a long-standing hearing aid business serving the Evansville, IN and Owensboro, KY areas, a career path he embarked on after watching his father, David, fit hearing aids starting in 1969. Following his time at Indiana State University, Danny officially joined the family trade on May 1, 1990, and has since dedicated over three decades to helping thousands of patients through regular national training on the latest technologies. Beyond his professional life, Danny and his wife, Alissa, share a large family consisting of six children, two daughters-in-law, and four granddaughters (Briar, Indi, Lola, and Emersyn). In his free time, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys camping, traveling, "Jeeping," gardening, and tending to his animals.
